Is the bundle price all-in?+

Yes. €23,500 excl. VAT covers the inverter, battery, Themis EMS (first year), professional installation and grid certification. The only optional add-ons are GAIA panels, the ETAP Pro charger, and Themis from year 2 onward.

How long does installation take?+

Most installations are completed in one to two working days. Lead time from quote signature to commissioning is approximately six weeks.

What does the 12-year warranty cover?+

Battery cells, BMS, inverter, Themis EMS hardware, and labour for any in-warranty intervention. One contract, one phone number.

Can I extend the battery later?+

Yes. The Energywall HV is modular in 3.56 kWh increments. You can start at 7.1 kWh and grow to 53.4 kWh — same inverter, same software.

Does it work during a power outage?+

With the optional backup contactor, the Energywall HV provides essential-load backup within 20 ms of a grid event.

What is Themis EMS?+

Themis is our Energy Management System. It optimises when to charge, discharge, and trade energy. First year is included in the bundle, after that €12/month.

Is the system suitable for my building?+

The Energywall HV is designed for multi-family homes, SMEs, and commercial buildings. Our engineers assess your specific situation and advise on the optimal configuration.

What about permits and grid connection?+

We handle the entire Synergrid certification process. All necessary permits and grid connection formalities are included in the installation.
